Ordering

Why order a vehicle online?
  • Convenience

    Ordering a vehicle online is a new way to begin the sales journey at a time and place that works for you.

    Flexibility

    We will confirm the availability of the vehicle you ordered and hold it for a minimum of three business days while you move through the sales journey. If you change your mind, you can cancel the online order prior to entering into a purchase agreement and receive a full refund of your holding fee. You can also request an extension to the minimum three business day holding period if you need more time to finalise your purchase.

    Simplicity

    It should only take 10 minutes to order and secure your vehicle by completing our simple online order form that includes payment of a refundable $1,000 holding fee.
What do I need to pay when ordering a vehicle online?
  • A holding fee of $1,000 is payable through the online form. This is required for us to hold the vehicle for a minimum of three business days after you have submitted your order (subject to the availability of your selected vehicle). If you proceed with a purchase, we will deduct your holding fee from the purchase price.
What is a holding fee?
  • A refundable $1,000 holding fee is required to secure your vehicle. If you proceed with the purchase, we will deduct your holding fee from the purchase price.
Who will contact me and when?
  • One of our customer care team members will contact you shortly after completing the online order, subject to the time of your submission. They will guide you through the next steps and answer any questions regarding the purchase of your vehicle.
Do I have to visit the dealership?
  • No. One of our customer care team members will discuss alternative options for completing the sale remotely.
Can I negotiate the price?
  • When pricing the vehicles listed on our website, the following has been considered: year model, odometer reading, colour, condition, features, and additional options, as available for sale. However, you can 'within reason' negotiate the vehicle's final sale price, trade-in value, and financing options at any point prior to entering into a sale agreement.
When will my vehicle be ready?
  • Upon completing the online order, we will contact you to discuss if anything is required and when your vehicle will be ready for collection (generally within 24 hours, Monday to Friday). Delivery on weekends is available but subject to the time of your submission.
What documents come with the vehicle?
  • We will supply the following:

    CarHistory report;
    Roadworthy certificate;
    Contract of sale;
    Tax invoice;
    Application for transfer registration;
    Warranty forms - subject to the year and odometer reading;
    All manuals and documents relating to the vehicle's service history (if available);
    Key, and in most cases, spare key.
What is a CarHistory report?
  • In short, peace of mind! It can answer all your critical questions such as:

    Is there any financial interest reported against the vehicle;
    Has the vehicle been reported stolen or written off?
    Is the vehicle registered?
How do I pay the balance owing?
  • You can either transfer the balance to our bank account. Or in the form of a bank cheque. We also accept Visa and Mastercard. Our customer care team will provide you with the payment details.
Can I reserve a vehicle and purchase it later?
  • Yes. Once you have found the right car on our website, you can choose the 'Order Now' button and secure your new vehicle without concern that someone else might buy it first.

    A customer care team member will contact you shortly after completing the online order, subject to the time of your submission. They will work with you to find a solution that satisfies your request.
Do you sell to non NSW residents?
  • Yes. We can facilitate your next vehicle purchase delivery to almost anywhere in Australia.
Can I view or test drive the vehicle before I place my order?
  • Yes, on-site, at home, work, or another preferred safe location.
Do you offer virtual presentations?
  • Yes, with Facetime virtual presentation, buying your new car has never been easier.
Will my vehicle have any scratches or dents?
  • We make every effort to provide a comprehensive description of the vehicle on our website so you can make an informed decision to purchase.

    However, if the vehicle's listed description does not reflect the actual item at the time of collection or delivery, we will issue a full refund. Alternatively, we can outline other options available to you.

Finance

What if I need finance?
  • You will be presented with payment options as part of the online ordering process. Select Yes, Thanks to express your interest. One of our external finance agents will give you a call and provide more information on the types of loans and interest rates. All options have pros and cons - so it pays to do your research.
What information is required for a finance application?
  • To apply for finance, you will need the following:

    Front and back of your identity documents (ID), such as your driver's licence;
    Evidence of your employment and income, such as payslips;
    Evidence of your address, such as a current utility bill;
    Details of any other income;
    Details of any financial commitments, such as other loans;
    Details of your board, rent, or mortgage payments;
    If you are not employed (if you have retired, for example) but have a regular income such as rental or investments, we may need you to provide supporting evidence;
    Evidence of property ownership, if applicable.
Which lenders do you work with?
  • We're pleased to offer some of the most prominent finance companies in the industry, such as Macquarie, Suncorp, Pepper, and much more. They offer an extensive range of loan options for personal or business.
Can I get finance elsewhere and then come and purchase a vehicle?
  • Yes, you can.

Trade-In

What if I have a trade-in?
  • We provide a simple trade-in form to complete as part of the online ordering process. Once you have submitted your online order, we will contact you to discuss how we can help with your trade-in as part of the sales journey.
What if my trade-in has finance outstanding?
  • No problem. Once you have found the right car on our website, you can choose the 'Order Now' button and secure your new vehicle without concern that someone else might buy it first. Then, contact the lender and ask for a payout figure. We will contact you to discuss how we can help with your trade-in as part of the sales journey.
I want more for my trade-in. Can I negotiate?
  • We will offer you the true trade value based on the latest market pricing. We sell most trade-ins at auction or to wholesalers and aim to get back what we paid you and no less.

    If you prefer to sell your vehicle privately, you may achieve more. Alternatively, we can offer you the current market value and remove the associated risks with private sales.
What paperwork is required to trade in my car?
  • We will need the current registration paper, keys, logbook, and service history documents (if available) at your delivery appointment.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept your trade-in if the current registration paper is not physically available. If you have lost or misplaced the registration paper, please get in touch with Service NSW or your state transport authority to request a new one.
Will you collect my trade-in?
  • If we are delivering the vehicle you have purchased, we will collect your trade-in simultaneously. You must drive your trade-in to us if you are collecting your purchased vehicle from a collection point.
Can I trade in more than one vehicle?
  • Yes, you can.

Delivery and Collections

How much does delivery cost?
  • NSW residents: our standard delivery charge is $110.00, and you'll have a wide choice of dates and times to suit you. If you're looking to get on the road sooner, our next-day Priority Delivery Service is $165.00.

    Other states: Australia-wide delivery - this service can be door to door or depot to depot. Your vehicle will be transported safely and securely by a recognised car carrier - price on request.

    Note: vehicle transport is subject to where you reside and may not be available in all areas of Australia.
What days and times do you deliver?
  • We deliver 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.

    Appointments are provided in the order they are received.

    On-Site Collection

    We will: call you to confirm the details of your upcoming appointment;
    Ensure the vehicle is sanitised, and ready for you to view;
    View your trade-in (if applicable);
    Invite you to a Q & A session - you ask, and we will do our best to answer all your questions.

    You will: need to provide proof of identity, such as your driver's licence;
    Sign the delivery receipt.

    Delivery Service

    We will: call you to confirm the details of your upcoming appointment;
    Notify you when the delivery driver is on their way;
    Ensure the vehicle is sanitised, and ready for you to view;
    View your trade-in (if applicable);
    Q & A session - you ask, and we will do our best to answer all your questions.

    You will: need to provide proof of identity, such as your driver's licence;
    Sign the delivery receipt.
How long will my delivery or collection take?
  • It would help if you allocated about 30 minutes. But we can spend as little or as much time with you as required.
Will my delivery or collection be covid safe?
  • Enhanced sanitisation and safety precautions: our delivery procedures will always align with the latest government advice.

    All handovers will be conducted in a COVID-safe environment (delivery or collection). Your customer care agent or delivery driver will wear a protective mask and gloves - all vehicles sanitised!

    We can discuss any concerns or special requirements you may have during your pre-appointment call.

Cancellations

What if I change my mind?
  • We can apply your $1,000 holding fee to another vehicle of interest. Alternatively, if you decide not to proceed with a purchase before entering into a purchase agreement, we will cancel the order and fully refund your $1,000 holding fee.
How long does it take to process my refund?
  • We will process your refund generally within one business day.
